If someone is standing in line for 3 hours, they aren't spending any money in the casino, not eating in the restaurants or enjoying the area. There should be a way for people who make hotel reservations for an event to get their bands at check in. At 3:30 there were more people waiting in line for them than there were seats available. The check in staff member Jessica was awesome, however we were told they would be handing out wrist bands at 6pm. When I made the reservation, I asked about seating for the Home Free event, and was advised there was no advanced seating.
Dinner at The Range was excellent however, they really need to revise the way they handle an event at The Lounge. The hotel is great, the room was very nice and ready on check in.
